    Refund Policy

Classes are non-refundable – please ensure you are able to attend before booking.

    Non-attendance

Your non-attendance does not provide the right to refunds, extra tuition, or a transfer.

    Cancellations by us

In the unlikely event where a class must be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will aim to give you a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, although this may not always be possible.

You will be advised of the cancellation via phone, text, WhatsApp or email (depending on the details we hold for you). We will try all means possible to get in touch with you and we cannot be liable for any costs, wasted travel, or expenses that you may incur.

You do not pay for any classes that are cancelled by us. Your balance will be carried forward as a credit and can be used for another class.

    On arrival

Please arrive on time for your class and no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start time.

    During the class

On your first class, you will be asked to fill out a form advising us of any important medical conditions you think we need to be aware of. We will also ask for details of your ICE contact (“in case of emergency” contact).

We ask that students conduct themselves in a reasonable and proper manner at all times. Substantial obstruction of, or substantial improper interference with, the functions, duties or activities of any student or member of staff will result in the student being asked to leave the class. We will not tolerate any violent, indecent, disorderly, threatening, intimidating or offensive behaviour or language towards staff or other students. Any such action will result in the student being asked to leave the class and we reserve the right to cancel attendance of further classes in extreme cases.

Students are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear to classes and use sharp tools in a safe and careful manner.
